We're looking for a Photography Assistant Intern to join our Jacksonville studio on Saturdays. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, art, and photography! Whether you're a college student exploring the creative field, a retiree looking for engaging weekend work, or simply someone seeking a rewarding side income in a warm, artistic environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist our photographers during portrait sessions, helping with studio setup, lighting, posing flow, and prop/furniture handling.
  
• Greet and prepare clients, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and special from start to finish.
  
• Support wardrobe prep, set styling, and product displays.
  
• Keep the studio organized, clean, and ready for each session.
  
• Learn the artistry behind fine portraiture -- from lighting and posing to communication and storytelling.
  
• Help manage client paperwork and session details with care and professionalism.
  
• Work with families, children, and pets (Including dogs of all sizes/breeds and cats!)
  

Who You Are

• Enthusiastic about photography, people, and creativity, no professional experience required.
  
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and professional with great communication skills.
  
• Thrive in client-centered environments such as hospitality, retail, or events.
  
• Comfortable assisting with pets and children of all ages.
  
• Emotionally intelligent and dependable is a must, someone who brings positivity to the studio.
  
• Available most Saturdays (with optional weekday flexibility if desired)
  

Compensation & Growth

• $15.00-$16.00 per hour
  
• Saturdays only (approx. 10-hour days, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.)
  
• Optional weekday availability for additional hours or projects
  
• Potential to grow into expanded assistant or photographer roles based on performance
