Our studio experience is elevated, creative, and heartfelt -- combining fine art craftsmanship with genuine human connection.We're looking for a Photography Assistant Intern to join our Jacksonville studio on Saturdays. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, art, and photography! Whether you're a college student exploring the creative field, a retiree looking for engaging weekend work, or simply someone seeking a rewarding side income in a warm, artistic environment.<h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Assist our photographers during portrait sessions, helping with studio setup, lighting, posing flow, and prop/furniture handling. </li><li>Greet and prepare clients, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and special from start to finish. </li><li>Support wardrobe prep, set styling, and product displays. </li><li>Keep the studio organized, clean, and ready for each session. </li><li>Learn the artistry behind fine portraiture -- from lighting and posing to communication and storytelling. </li><li>Help manage client paperwork and session details with care and professionalism. </li><li>Work with families, children, and pets (Including dogs of all sizes/breeds and cats!) </li></ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>Enthusiastic about photography, people, and creativity, no professional experience required. </li><li>Friendly, detail-oriented, and professional with great communication skills. </li><li>Thrive in client-centered environments such as hospitality, retail, or events. </li><li>Comfortable assisting with pets and children of all ages. </li><li>Emotionally intelligent and dependable is a must, someone who brings positivity to the studio. </li><li>Available most Saturdays (with optional weekday flexibility if desired) </li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Growth</h3><ul><li>$15.00-$16.00 per hour </li><li>Saturdays only (approx. 10-hour days, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.) </li><li>Optional weekday availability for additional hours or projects </li><li>Potential to grow into expanded assistant or photographer roles based on performance </li></ul><h3>Why You'll Love It Here</h3><ul><li>A creative, inspiring environment surrounded by art and storytelling </li><li>Hands-on experience in a luxury portrait studio </li><li>A team that values kindness, growth, and artistry </li><li>A role that makes people smile, literally </li></ul>
