Position Overview

We are seeking a polished and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong sales ability with a refined, client-focused approach. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients, guiding conversations with confidence, overcoming objections with professionalism, and securing qualified appointments that reflect the quality of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
• Build rapport quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Confidently guide conversations toward booking appointments
• Overcome objections with poise and solution-oriented communication
• Accurately qualify leads and schedule appointments
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions
• Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations
