The Role

As our Appointment Setter, you will:

• Engage leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  
• Build relationships using emotional intelligence to understand clients' needs and guide them with empathy
  
• Schedule sessions and reveal appointments confidently
  
• Support high-ticket sales, handling objections with ease
  
• Follow up professionally to nurture leads and maximize conversions
  
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  
• Collaborate closely with sales, studio, and marketing teams to optimize client experience
