Salary Range: Base Plus Commissions (minimum of six-figures)

Your Mission

Help us build market share without traditional advertising. Your primary focus will be on boots-on-the-ground outreach, building business partnerships, setting up branded activations and events, and integrating those efforts with our internal systems and CRM.


You'll work directly with our technology and operations teams to make sure every new campaign or event doesn't just look goodit drives trackable, measurable results.


What You'll Do

  • Develop Local Partnerships: Forge relationships with high-end service providers, community influencers, and local organizations across our studio markets.
  • Plan & Oversee Local Events: From pop-up exhibits to community sponsorshipsyou'll lead outreach efforts that create buzz and drive leads.
  • Build Lead Funnels: Collaborate with our tech and web team to tie outreach into our CRM, scheduling system, and automated follow-up tools.
  • Execute Campaigns: Not just strategyyou'll do the work to get events live, track lead flow, and optimize results.
  • Travel & Represent: Visit studio markets in 4 states to scout venues, meet partners, and ensure flawless execution of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate Internally: Ensure alignment between your field efforts and the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Analyze & Improve: Measure everything. Track ROI, adjust strategies, and continuously optimize outreach efforts.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Leader: 3+ years in business development, GM-level dealership leadership, or high-impact community outreach roles.
  • Relationship Builder: Comfortable selling high-value experiences face-to-face, not just via email or social media.
  • Road Warrior: Willing to travel across multiple states to drive initiatives and build in-person relationships.
  • Results-Driven: You're competitive, organized, and driven to beat goalsnot just meet them.
